Marwari Catalysts unveils Thrive 9.0, spotlighting six women-led startups in healthcare and AI

Marwari Catalysts has announced the launch of Thrive 9.0, the latest cohort of its flagship accelerator programme, reinforcing its commitment to backing women-led startups in high-impact sectors. Unveiled in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, the new cohort features six women founders building scalable solutions across healthcare and artificial intelligence. At a time when women founders receive a small share of startup funding in India, Thrive 9.0 positions itself as a decisive step toward creating a more inclusive and representative innovation ecosystem.

With a strong presence in non-metro regions, Marwari Catalysts has consistently focused on discovering talent beyond traditional startup hubs. Across its portfolio, 35 percent of ventures are led by women, reflecting a deliberate effort to challenge funding imbalances. Thrive 9.0 is designed to help founders move from solving local, real-world problems to building globally relevant businesses, supported by capital, mentorship, and deep ecosystem access.

Meet the Thrive 9.0 cohort

The current cohort brings together a diverse group of founders working on meaningful, technology-driven solutions. In healthcare, Dr. Renu Sharma’s Elara IVF is expanding access to affordable fertility care, beginning with pilot operations in Rajasthan. In the mental health and wellbeing space, Nostalgia Pages, founded by Neha Rajpurohit, uses AI to preserve memories and cultural narratives through personalised memory capsules.

Artificial intelligence plays a central role across the cohort. Ruchika Sureka’s Tvara develops private AI agents that automate sales workflows, while Priyanka Bairathi’s InteliQuant AI focuses on explainable intelligence to help CXOs detect anomalies and safeguard profitability. Rupal Mathur’s Rhett simplifies legal compliance for startups through AI-led solutions, and Mallika Jain’s Leap Ahead India supports MSMEs and founders in accessing global markets, capital, and mentorship.

Marwari Catalysts’ leadership has reiterated that its approach to women empowerment goes beyond advocacy. By investing capital and building long-term support systems, the accelerator aims to help founders achieve five to ten times growth in revenue and valuation. Partnerships with organisations such as BRICS CCI WE under the WISE initiative further strengthen access to global networks, funding opportunities, and international exposure.

Thrive 9.0 reflects Marwari Catalysts’ broader mission to reshape India’s startup landscape through inclusive innovation. By identifying women founders early, supporting them with conviction, and celebrating their leadership, the accelerator is building a pipeline of ventures rooted in real India and ready for global impact. As women-led startups continue to redefine healthcare and AI, initiatives like Thrive 9.0 play a crucial role in ensuring that innovation is both diverse and scalable.
