These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Creator Index Platform, operated by Rudralife Services Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

“Content” means articles, text, images, graphics, audio, video, databases, rankings, indices, and other materials made available on the Platform.

You must be legally capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

- distribute malware, engage in hacking, scraping (except where expressly permitted), or disrupt the Platform;
- attempt to access non-public areas or systems without authorisation; or
- interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Platform.
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Accounts (if enabled)
If you create an account:
- you are responsible for maintaining confi dentiality of your login credentials;
- you are responsible for activities under your account; and
- you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or for security reasons.
User content (if enabled)
You agree not to use the Platform to:

- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;

- supporting documentation.
Copyright complaints If you are a rights-holder and believe material infringes your copyright, provide:
- identification of the copyrighted work,
- the URL(s) of allegedly infringing material,
- proof of rights/authorisation, and
- contact details.
We will review and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fi tness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and
- our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed INR 10,000 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any), whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, offi cers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the Platform,
- your violation of these Terms,
- your User Content (if enabled), or
- your infringement of third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if required for security, legal compliance, or due to violation of these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy (published on the Platform).
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
